Mr. Zhang, is the vice-chairman of the Group appointed in April 2020. He joined Kaisa Group in April 2020 and now serves as the chairman of Kaisa International Group, Kaisa Hotel Group, Kaisa Technology Innovation Group, and Kaisa International Resorts Group. Before joining Kaisa Group, Mr. Zhang had worked in Gemdale Group, Zendai Property, etc. Mr. Zhang had earned his bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in June 1982, and he graduated from New York State University with a master’s degree in Business Administration in January 1989.

Mr. Mai, is the Chief Executive Officer. He has been our Chief Executive Officer since April 2020. He is responsible for managing the strategy, capital, risk, human resources, administration, finance, taxation, information technology, audit, media and investor relations of the Group. Mr. Mai also serves as the chairman of Urban Renewal Group, Education Group, Shenzhen Football Club, Poverty Alleviation Group and Technology Group. Mr. Mai joined our Group in August 2015 and previously served as the general manager of the Group administration office and the risk management department and the assistant president of the Kaisa Group. Before joining the Group, Mr. Mai worked for Shenzhen City Highway Bureau and Futian District Government after he had graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University with a bachelor's degree in Law in July 2001.

Mr. Li, is the Co-president.He has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer in April 2020, in charge of the management on investment and operation of the real estate sector. He also serves as the chairman of Shenzhen Region Real Estate Group, Southwest Region Real Estate Group, Kaisa(International), Group International Resorts Group, etc. Mr. Li joined our company in July 2002, and he successively served as the chairman of Changsha Branch and Shenzhen Branch of the Real Estate Group, the general manager of Kaisa Golden Bay International Resorts Company, the vice president of Shenzhen Region Real Estate Group and the Group Holdings, etc. Before Mr. Li joined, he had worked for Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., LTD, and Tsinghua Architectural Design Co., LTD after graduating from Party School of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of CPC in July 2000, majored in Enterprise Management.

Mr. Kwok, is the Co-president. He is responsible for managing the investment, financing and risk management  of the Group. From May 2018 to March 2020, Mr. KWOK successively served as the vice president of Shanghai Urban Renewal Group, the chairman and the president of Shanghai Region of the Group, etc. Mr. Kwok graduated from Essex University in the United Kingdom with a bachelor’s degree in Finance Management in July 2013, and obtained a master’s degree in Sociology from University College London in the United Kingdom in July 2014.

Ms. Luo is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group in June 2022, and she is mainly responsible for financial management. Ms. Luo joined Kaisa in April 2011, and successively served as the general manager and the president assistant of the Planning and Finance Department of the Group Holding. She had worked in RSM China before joining our Group. In July 2006, Ms. Luo graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Public Finance.

Mr. Song, is our senior vice president assigned in September 2019. He also serves as the chairman of Shenzhen Urban Renewal Group, and is in charge of management. Mr. Song joined our company in June 2010 and previously served as the assistant general manager of the president office, deputy general manager of Strategy Development department, general manager of the president office, vice president of Urban Renewal Group and Kaisa Group. Before joining us, Mr. Song sequentially worked for Hubei Daily Media Group and Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited dealing with news and planning after his graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Hubei University in June 2007.

Mr. Chen, is the senior vice president of Kaisa group appointed in July 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of Guangzhou Group, Guangzhou Urban Renewal Group and is in charge of management of the Groups. Since Mr. Chen joined Kaisa Group in September 2017, he has been successively served as the vice chairman of Guangzhou Finance Group, the vice chairman of the Greater Bay Area Group, etc. Before joining Kaisa, Mr. Chen had worked for the politics and law system for a long time.

Mr. Xie is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kaisa Group appointed in August 2021. Since Mr. Xie joined Kaisa Group in 2011, he has been successively served as the assistant president of Kaisa Commercial Group and the vice president of Kaisa Real Estate Group Shenzhen Region, etc. Before joining Kaisa, Mr. Xie had worked for Financial Street Huizhou Real Estate Co. LTD and other companies. Mr. Xie graduated from Peking University in June 2018, with a master's degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Liu, has been the senior vice president of Kaisa Group since March 2022, is mainly in charge of the management of investment and financing affairs of the Group. Mr. Liu joined the Group in August 2012, and has been successively appointed as the assistant president of Real Estate Group Beijing Region and the vice president of Real Estate Group Shanghai Region, etc. Before he joined Kaisa, Mr. Liu worked on commercial real estate analysis and operating management successively in DTZ holdings and Guangming technology park co. LTD of China Merchants Group. Mr. Liu graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with bachelor's degrees of Economics and Laws.

Mr. Nie,  is the senior vice president of the Group appointed in April 2022. Mr. Nie joined Kaisa in April 2010, and successively served as the general manager of Shenzhen Real Estate Company, the Vice President, the Executive Vice President and the President of Shanghai Region Real Estate Group, etc. Before joining our company, Mr. Nie has worked in the Installation Branch of the Third Engineering Bureau of China Water Resources and Hydropower Co., Ltd. and Fantasia Group (China) Co., Ltd.. In June 2004, Mr. Nie graduated from North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation with a bachelor's degree.

Ms. Lee, is the vice president of Kaisa Group and Financial Technology Group, and has administrated financial department, law department and administration department since October 2018. Ms. Li joined our company in 2005, and has been successively appointed as the general manager of administration and human resources department of Hong Kong head office, the general manager of public relations and investor relations department, the assistant president of Kaisa International, the vice president of Kaisa Finance Group in Hong Kong, etc. Ms. Li earned her associate bachelor's degree of Computer Science in 2004 and currently being awarded the master's degree of Corporate Compliance in Hong Kong University.
